Our Management Team
Now we are a group of companies based in Europe and Asia with a focus on providing business services, including company formation, bank account opening, company secretarial services and virtual office services. We also provide auxiliary services such as online business matching services, online education services, trademark registration services, business consulting services and immigration services, in support of our main business.
Mr Jarvous HB Chen is Managing Director of Sinda Corporation UK. He was appointed the role by the company back in late 2016 and runs the UK business on a daily basis. Prior to his employment with us, he had worked for banks in Hong Kong. He holds a bachelor’s degree with honors from London Middlesex University and a master’s degree from Birkbeck, University of London. Mr. Chen is an expert in international trade, finance and regulatory environment. He advises our clients from different backgrounds and is keen on any queries from them. He speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien (Minnanyu)
Mr Steven Zhao works in our Beijing offices as Head of business operations in China. He has studied, worked and lived in the UK for 3 years before joining our group in 2017. He holds a bachelor’s degree from London Middlesex University and a master’s degree from Anglia Ruskin University. Mr Zhao specialises in cross-border cultural differences and the financial sector.

Mr Lai is based in our Hong Kong offices and is responsible for our wholesale and general sales issues. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 2008 and has worked with a number of companies, mainly in the marketing industry. He speaks English, German, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Mr. Chen firstly joined the business in the manufacturing sector in southern China in 2012. In 2015, he has since joined us for introducing our business to a number of family businesses across the country. They are wealthy individuals seeking business opportunities outside of China. Mr. Chen graduated from Jimei University in Xiamen in Economics and is interested in globalisation.
Ms Lu graduated from University College of London in Project Management and has since worked for a number of companies in Europe and Asia. She is responsible for the marketing strategies within our group of companies and distributing resources to the staff who can then assist with clients in an internationally competitive business environment. She has had more than 10 years experience doing business internationally.
